Chyluria is a rare medical condition defined by the excretion of chyle, a milky lymphatic fluid, into the urine, which results from an abnormal communication between the lymphatic and urinary systems. This abnormal connection, known as a lymphourinary fistula, typically forms due to obstruction or disruption of the lymphatic vessels. Though the milky appearance of the urine can be alarming, it provides a crucial clinical sign for diagnosis. This document presents a unique case of chyluria, adding to the limited body of literature on the topic and providing insight into the etiology, diagnostic strategies, and treatment outcomes observed in our center.
