Background: Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) in children can be refractory to medical management, necessitating definitive intervention. Atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT) mediated by a concealed accessory pathway is a common mechanism that can present with significant symptoms or tachycardiomyopathy.
